From time to time I have computer ‘glitches’ I call them. Error messages, lack of function (that was there yesterday), confusing messages, too many pop ups, frozen screens, programs that used to work but are not working the same way or at all. It is so frustrating, and there is never a good time to have computer problems but when I do, I call Fast Break Tech. They are very friendly, professional, nice and patient. - Fast Break Tech has created complete off-site functionality. Anyplace there is an internet connection, we can fire up the ‘ol laptop and access everything on the server…Word files…..Drug Pak…Intuit QuickBooks…email…Excel and PPT files….absolutely everything.
- We now have on-site back-up and will soon add off-site back-up.
- After some initial on-site time, Fast Break Tech now can fix just about anything remotely.

As a small non-profit, we were seeking a reasonably priced solution for our phones that would allow us to grow. FBT recommended a VoIP system. In the spirit of full disclosure, there were a few hiccups as we got started, mostly related to internet service issues.
