PRE-PAID SUPPORT PACKAGES
Our clients receive exceptional support in four different ways:
- Hourly (Break/Fix)
- Pre-Paid Hourly Packages
- Flat Fee Projects
- Monthly Managed Services
On-Site support requests without a package have a 2-Hour minimum. This can be reduced and discounted with our Pre-Paid Hourly Packages. These include:
- On-site support minimum is reduced to 1-hour
- Remote support minimum is reduced to 15 minutes
- You receive priority scheduling over clients not on a support plan
- All plans good for two years. Renewing carries balance to the following year.
