We moved to your VoIP phone system in 2013 because our phones were aging, our bill was increasing and remaining with an analog system would simply be too cumbersome and complicated for the direction we were heading - four locations (two of which were home offices).

Because your FastBreakTech organization had been providing our IT Support for a number of years, we gave a great deal of credence to your recommendations for a VoIP system (although, as you know, I was reluctant at first because I had a difficult time conceptualizing voice over the internet vs. voice through phone lines). But I am a big believer in finding business partners I trust and then letting them do their job – in this case, you sold me on the flexibility of the system. We all appreciated how you handled our conversion from analog to digital, trained us on features, set-up our auto-attendant, walked us through customizing the “music-on-hold” feature (which I get lots of compliments one) and followed up to ensure our bill was canceled from AT&T.

After putting our physical office building on the market in 2016, we transitioned to a partially “virtual” business, where two employees worked from homes. It was as simple as plugging our phones into our home networks and updating our 911 address. We answer, place and transfer calls to each other across California as if we were a room apart. It’s really is a remarkable technology that has allowed us to have people working for us who would normally not be able to due to the distance we are apart.
