Pre-Paid Support Packages

Our clients receive exceptional support in four different ways:

  • Hourly (Break/Fix)
  • Pre-Paid Hourly Packages
  • Flat Fee Projects
  • Monthly Managed Services

On-Site support requests without a package have a 2-Hour minimum. This can be reduced and discounted with our Pre-Paid Hourly Packages. These include:

  • On-site support minimum is reduced to 1-hour
  • Remote support minimum is reduced to 15 minutes
  • You receive priority scheduling over clients not on a support plan
  • All plans good for two years. Renewing carries balance to the following year.
