Q:  I have 3 lines on my current system.  How much does your service cost per line?
A:  FREE.  With VOIP service you do not pay per phone number.  You may have as many lines ported into the system as you wish at no cost.  Unlike ‘roll-over lines’ you can have up to 22 incoming calls at the same time with one number.  

Q:  How long is the contract?
A:  We do not require contracts.  Our customers loyalty and flexibility is more important to us.

Q:  Can I get the phones for free?
A:  We can arrange a 2-year contract if free phones are necessary.

Q:  Can I transfer my phone number(s)?
A:  Absolutely.  Most transfers take up to three weeks.  During that time we’ll assign you a temporary phone number to forward your calls to.  Once port takes place, the number is taken from the old carrier and that phone bill stops.  You will experience zero downtime.

Q:  How soon can we be active once ordered?
A:  Normal process takes 5-business days.  24-hour rush orders can also be arranged.

Q:  I have employees that work from home.  Can they have a phone too?
A:  Yes, our telecom service works wherever there is Internet.  Phones will work at the office, at home, even other countries, providing there are appropriate Internet speeds.

Q:  How fast does my Internet speed need to be?
A:  We recommend using Comcast cable or Surewest fiber Internet.  Either of these services will produce the proper bandwidth for your users to surf the Internet and make phone calls.  Please ask us to check coverage & rates for you on these provides.

Q:  Can I have an 1-800 Number?
A:  Yes, we may transfer your current one if you own, or we can produce a selection of new numbers to choose from.  Toll Free Numbers: ($5 /month + .05 per minute)

Q:  I have a fax line.  How will that work?
A:  We can port your fax number to an efax number for $15 /month.  This will save you time, paper, and busy signals to your senders.  Outbound faxes will either need to be scanned and sent, or you may choose to have one analog fax line installed for outbound fax only.

Q:  Which 20 Countries can I call free with my service?
A:  USA (including 50 States, USVI, Guam, Puerto Rico), Canada, Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, China, Colombia, Denmark, Dominican Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom. 
** Some restrictions apply, and not all areas are included.  For the most part, this includes landlines only -- calls to mobile phones are generally charged higher outside the US and Canada.  This list is subject to change.
