* On-site support minimum is reduced to 1-hour
* Remote support minimum is reduced to 15 minutes
* You receive priority scheduling over clients not on a support plan
* Two plans available; a 10-hour block at 10%, or a 20-hour block at 15% off the regular rate.
* Both plans good for two years, and if extended before the renewal date your balance will carry.
